Eoin Higgins, Deputy Editor, Cara Magazine
Eoin has been the food and drinks editor of the Irish edition of The Sunday Times Style magazine, chief restaurant critic at the Sunday Tribune and The Irish Times, acting deputy editor at IMAGE magazine and editor-in-chief at The Dubliner. He has been a regular contributor to TV and radio at home and abroad and has contributed travel features to Time Out, Alaska Airlines and The Guardian. Described by Marco Pierre White as “a man whose opinion I trust”, Eoin has appeared on Great British Menu for the BBC as a guest critic and has lived in Barcelona, Boston, and Los Angeles.
